    If we don't get over the hump this year:

    1. Get rid of Morey. Hire a GM focused on building through the draft rather than chasing stars.
    2. Stop trading away draft picks.
    3. Trade aging, expensive players for picks and cap room.
    4. Rebuild around Harden through the draft.
    5. Start grooming the next core but KEEP THEM TOGETHER.
    6. Stop chasing stars. If you build a solid core of youth, ring chasers will come.

    Long story short, just do what the Spurs do.
