Just switched from U-Verse to Comcast

I just switched from AT&T U-Verse to Comcast.

I didn't want to switch but AT&T has become more expensive and in my opinion customer service is just as bad as anything I experienced with Comcast.

My modem went out last Saturday and it took 4 days for AT&T to get someone to my house to replace it. They don't carry them in the stores like Comcast does.

Anyway, I got to watch my first Astros game of the season and am happy that I won't be missing Rockets games this season.

I am not happy that this is the only way to get the games (watching them online was a horrible experience in my case) but I do like having CSN now that I have it.

AT&T had some nice features, but I don't have cable for the features, I have it for the programming. If a company doesn't have the programming I want then I have to go to the one that does.

I now have more channels for less money and CSN.

I am glad that many of you have Comcast available as a choice, but many likely most of us don't have that option. Plus the networks that are available won't, don't carry Comcast sports. We have no legal way to see Rocket's games.
