Mike & Mike just used Green & Simmons as the example for what is right in the NFL when there is so much bad publicity right now.

That's awesome! I agree this news is a breath of fresh air compared to the stale diatribe usually reported by the media especially ESPN. Good to see, M&M picked up on this morsel of news. Maybe now there will be less dogging of the Texans by the media.

What channel is that? And can u give me a heads up when it is? Did I miss it?

As for the story. Gotta love our Texans.

Houston has always had a thing about keeping their teams clean.

    Signed,

    Joaquin Andujar
    Cesar Cedeño
    Warren Moon
    John Lucas
    Vernon Maxwell

(kiddin' around; I know our city's got a fairly clean history compared to, say, SinSinAtti)

    Not always, but definitely recently.

Makes it much easier to be a fan, I have a hard time being interested in knuckleheads.

    I agree.

I was trying to remember troublemakers in Houston's sporting history past, and I couldn't come up with much of a list. What am I forgetting?

    Eddie Griffen
    Julio Lugo

off the top of my head

    Cami was a drug addict

I thought Ensberg got busted with coke back in the day during spring training, not sure though.

plus of course the previous list of Mad Max (too many to list), Moon (beat his wife), Cedeno (killed his wife and got a 100 dollar fine)

Forgot about EG and Cammy (probably don't want to remember Cammy in that light, even though it's accurate). I thought about Lugo, but thought he was exonerated.

I did list Cedeño and Moon, though.

    1) Lugo was exonerrated.

    2) Cami was what he was. It killed him.

    3) WTF are you talking about? Ensberg and coke? You've said some weird things in here but this probably takes the cake.

Can we get Ensberg some HBH (human balls hormone)? Maybe then he'll nut up and get that powerful bat off his shoulder.
