If Morey wanted Rondo, he would have landed Rondo.

I really don't think it's Goran that Morey wants. I still think it's Bledsoe. Based on this article Phoenix still wants Goran So to me I wouldn't be surprised if we still end up with a signed Bledsoe. What we can offer the Sun's is expiring contracts so that they can sign Goran this summer and a post player or the NO pick. I could be wrong but I think Bledsoe fits better with Harden than Goran. Goran needs the ball in his hands like Harden does (which is the reason i think we passed on Rondo), Bledsoe on the other hand can be dominant with or without the ball.

i wouldn't be surprised if it was bledsoe. Getting contracts to go over 8.3 million in a trade would then make sense.

Thank you Morey for NOT getting Rondo. It would have been a huge mistake. Let him ruin Dallas instead of us.

I was actually looking forward for a Dwight vs Rondo FT shooting contest.

I don't think Bev is the answer at starting pg but Rondo isn't a good fit here either. Goran Dragic is the perfect fit for this team at pg. Would love to see this trade somehow happen.

Full strength Dallas almost lost to Spurs' third string.

    Also. Bev isn't starter material.

Dragic another night where he sits in the 4th. Also telling the media he's interested in NY & the Lakers when free agency arrives when it's still December. Players know they don't talk about possible destinations for free agency and this isn't the first time he's done it this season.

FWIW, Bill Simmons on his latest BS Report basically confirmed this. He said, and I paraphrase, "I looked at the offers and no one else even made a serious offer. Dallas thought they had competition." Basically while the public thought it was a steal for Dallas, the truth is Rondo's value is even lower than that trade. Pretty astonishing that his value has been reduced so much. I never would've expected to hear that Dallas could've lowballed even more on their offer.

    Rockets with Brewer, 1-0
    Mavericks with Rondo, 0-2

    Pretty obvious which team improved!
