Yes because we have bandwagon Rocket fans who support the Rockets only because of our GM Morey right?

And if this site "had" heaps of bandwagons fans, most of them would either be non-Rocket bandwagoners (such as yourself) or they are all but gone. The Rockets have nothing for bandwagoners to jump on.

You would know this if you were on this board for a longer period of time, except you haven't. YOF or TOF fans are all but gone on this site, and those who still hang around rarely post anymore.

And of course everyone on this board who has been hanging around for a while would know that YOF or TOF or whatever bandwagon fans were a huge problem on this board.

YOF's still do exist, just go to any Amare or Dwight threads and you will see them. If you read one of my post, one of the reasons I stopped posting was for the YOF's, like the KOF's belittle anyone who is threatening there player.

I was asking Yao to be traded ages ago, and man, did that get flamed, yet I was right, as well as other posters who wanted to trade Yao, but got flammed.

Just like calling Morey a average GM, will get you flamed, as he has done a average job, but people think he is god around here.

I've been posting in the Heat threads since it day 1 of the season, and was flamed as well, for saying the Heat would not make the finals, Lebron was better then Durunt etc, but It was worth it, cause at the end, I was right, and don't care what other people think.

    So what?

And no you're not right, McGrady, Artest and Yao when healthy would have won the championship if they were healthy. McGrady was unhealthy that season, that was not Yao's fault. You were flamed accordingly. We had one shot at the title when we acquired Artest, we had no reason to trade Yao when that happened.

And ALOT of people here flame Morey, but I doubt you know that. If you think you're the only one receiving criticism for your arguments, something is wrong in your head. Everyone gets criticism, but you are probably the only poster on this board who goes PMS on anyone who suggests something you disagree with.

99% of this board knows Lebron is better than Durant. Your "clutchfans" myth shows how ignorant you are. Just because 50 poster (out of thousands) said Durant is better than Lebron does not make that the majority's opinion. Simple logic.

You hopped on the Heat bandwagon, good job sticking on to it. Try hopping on a team's wagon whose future does not look half as bright as the heat. Don't make yourself out like you're a dedicated fan, the heat bandwagon is a safe choice for any fair weathered fan to hop on and support.

Strange question, but I think this would push me to the brink of not watching anymore games until one of them got tired of the other (which is going to happen) and start to ship out. Sounds weird, but I'd still be a fan, just wouldn't like where the orginization would be going and wouldn't want to be a part of it until they started to disband. I'd be fine with Wade, but to hell with Lebron and Bosh. That being said, as many times as I've read on ClutchFans, I still think that they wouldn't be enough to please a lot of you. If we were to win 1 Championship, I think most people here would be wanting to trade one of the big 3 away (while they're still 'VALUABLE') to get some young pieces rather than building on what we have and not being (what has been a problem already), a revolving door of young and untapped talent.

Hell yeah, almost everyone thought that...I'm happy to say that I'm the other 10%, he's way to overrated, to weak on the defensive end. Scola honestly is about the same type of player (more tough though), but plays his heart out every game, same can't be said for Bosh.

The poll asks if Durant will be better than James.

Nowhere does it say Durant IS better than James.

Durant is the only other wing player that could rival with Lebron James, and although it's a long shot, its a fair suggestion.

Seriously, what that evidence showed me is how insecure you are that you would think the board thinks Durant IS better than James when the question is whether he could be.

Why don't you make a poll asking whether Durant IS better than James and use that as evidence instead?

This goes all the way back when somebody said they hope Patterson would dunk on Bosh and somehow you spun that into thinking the person would rather have Patterson than Bosh on this team.

Maybe, just maybe, you are a little overly sensitive and should back down and stop accusing every Rocket fan here who does not love Miami Heat like you do a troll and hater.

No, but I would say we basically bought a championship if we won. It would have nothing on the back-to-back of glory days.

I don't love Morey but it is pretty hard to say that he has done an average job. If you look at all the moves he has made since becoming GM very few of them have been bad. Trading Yao or TMac was never his choice that was always up to Les. He has drafted solidly and has won a majority of the trades he has made. It is unfair to blame the guy for inheriting two injury prone stars that he could never trade even if he wanted to. Most teams would not be winning 40 plus a yr with 20-40MM on the bench every year.

I'm having a hard time just being a NBA fan at this point. I think this James/Wade/Bosh trio and supporting cast are going to clean up on championships for the next five seasons at least. I don't think another team will be able to touch them as they continue to get better (barring any major setbacks). If you are asking me if I would want that for the Rockets, then hell yeah I would. It beats the hell out of losing.

But, somehow, I'll manage to remain a fan, come back, and watch the Rockets in their futile efforts in the future. It's not really that much fun when you know we have no chance, however. Well, a tiny chance that is less than 1 percent.

I just wish there was more competitive balance across teams not only in this sport but in all the major sports. It's an impossible wish.

That was before Bosh showed his true color. IIRC a while back there was a poll asking if they wanted Scola or Bosh after they had seen what Bosh was really like. I think half of the board chose Scola.
