You sir are an enlightened soul !

    :D

It is not about the regular season but the end of it....Rafer has peaked and is only going to decline as the years go by......Steve Francis has settled for his $30 million and basically given up......Mike James....I like him off the bench....

I totally agree,Steve francis isn't a point guard marbury is a point guard who is a head case and would hog the ball for personal selfish reasons that are related to why he is a head case, but inch for inch pound for pound from the point guard position it isn't even close when you compare him with steve francis other than steve's stats which can be decieving when your talking about SKILL and TEAM.

When I think of Stephon Marbuy, I think loser. I voted no and only because there was no option for "hell the f*** no!"

    Napoleon Dynamite, is that you?

By the way, we don't call people names around here. Nor do we type exclusively in caps. Get with the program, rookie.

I never thought a 2nd thread about signing Stephon Marbury would go so well.

Knicks were looking to get rid of Francis' horrendous contract. It was about money more than anything. Now that Francis doesnt have a contract the Knicks may take him back. ;)

I don't think so. You have a better chance of Daryl Morey calling you and offering you a contract then that happening.

i would still want Marbury on this team because he is still very talented. I don't think he would accept less than a starter role though.

    Yao + T-Mac + Marbury = WCF at least

There is an obvious reason why this guy has never played on a winning team. I prefer Brooks getting more minutes than him being here.

Marbury is on drugs, it is obvious from his interviews. He does not think rationally . He is sure that he is the best point guard in the world, his ego might create problems with Tmac and Yao. Maybe this is a good move ,but I am not willing to take the risk.
I prefer trading for someone like Steve Blake.

DaDa makes a lot of sense on this. With Rafer, we pretty much have a consistent disadvantage at the PG. Marbury when he was going good was with KG in Minnesota. So, his talents could compliment well with what the Rox are wanting to do plus, a better, more clutch shooter. He's not top 5 but a certain upgrade from Rafer and probably Steve though we don't really know what Steve can do because he seems to lack the motivation to do what he needs to do to get back on the court. Who's fault is that? Not his teammates and not his coaches. That's Stevie's fault and he has no one to blame for whatever happens but himself.

yeah, lets get another PG, trade a forward away "Landry" so we can have 9 guards on our team. Yeah..that's the ticket!!
