If lusting after a woman is a sin, why did god make having sex so enticing?

    IMO it's to promote procreation and the continuance of the species.

    Can you imagine if you had no lust and sex didn't feel good?

    We would have died out centuries ago.

    Here's a secret... God is made up by people, so are sins. Sex is enticing so we bone like rabbits to spread our DNA through genertations. No idea how people still believe in that stuff... :rolleyes:

    Correct me if I'm worng, and I could very well be, but I think there a quite a few religions that say you should only have sex to reproduce, sex for pleasure is wrong. Not sure if that was one of the crazy religions thousands of years back, or a newer, just as crazy one.

    its not original sin I think according to the Bible. Original sin is when Adam and Eve ate fruit from the tree of knowledge

    So, you have this impression that there is some religion somewhere that says sex for pleasure is wrong, but you don't know which one. I don't think you have enough information to come to a conclusion.

    I don't know about that, there is karma, and yin/yang...

    I think there is defenitly something going on there....maybe sin is the wrong word, but clearly some cause and effect.

    Yeah, I don't really understand the point of this thread.

    Hell, during our premarital counseling, the Pastor basically told my wife that she needs to do me so often that I won't have the energy to even think about cheating on her. He said if I'm not tired going in to work every morning, she's not doing her job.

    I love that man.
