I think Bosh and Lebron both want the same thing. They probably know each and other and talk on the phone alot. They both want big money, and they both want a championship.

Odds are, they have a better chance at winning one if they're together, rather than apart.

NY provides money, media, the prestige (what little there is left), and pedigreed history of the Knicks. It'd be a no-brainer.

James isn't even considering Houston as a possiblility.

If he doesn't stay in Cleveland, he's headed to Chicago. He would still have a team to play with there.

Chris Bosh has potential to sign here, but he may go after a lucrative contract in New York.

If Lebron does go to New York along with another max contract player, I can't see him being the first one to sign. Lebron and his agent know that if he signs with the Knicks and nobody else does, they are totally screwed and are much worse off then they ever would have been in Cleveland.

If the Knicks get both Lebron and Bosh, Bosh will sign first. So to answer your question, no, Lebron going to New York won't affect our chances with Bosh because if Bosh signs, it means he would have signed with them anyway, Lebron or no Lebron.

Well written. I agree--Lebron has more time to hold out than any other player in this year's free agent class.
