    Asik + Tjones + 1st rounder + likely at least a little something else (Yes I believe it will cost at least that).

    I know clutchfans is down on him lately saying he is just a chucker who doesn't win, but a few interesting advance stats:

    "Win shares are one of the most accurate barometers of a player's performance and subsequent value to his team. Love ranks third in that department with 9.6, behind only James (10) and Durant (13.5). He's also the only player on a lottery-bound team located within the top 10.

    Love's 9.6 win shares means he's accounting for 40 percent of Minnesota's victories as well. Know who else represents that many of his team's wins? Nobody."

    I know a terrible source, but this is just pulling stats, not a random "rumor" or anything.


    Just curious for the sake of ease (feel free to add):

    Pros:
    1) Added someone I consider a 3rd superstar
    2) Add a near perfect fit next to Harden/Howard
    3) Instantly get into win now.

    Cons:
    1) Do Kevin Loves' stats translate into wins?
    2) Hurting our depth (most of the money is tied up in 3 players).

    Wolves will ask for Asik/Jones/D-Mo/Parsons/1st rd pick/1st rd pick

    And then be like LOL JK that's a terrible offer and trade him to a team with better prospects.

    I don't think they get much more than that.

    The only people trading for him are contenders because he can bolt. Which contender can/will offer more?

    Still a little surprised everyone seemed off the Kevin Love bandwagon after the Minny game.

    Any Kevin Love trades should belong to the "Random trades" tread until we hear from Woj or another reliable source that Kevin Love has demanded a trade and Rockets are on his short list.

    Love wont be coming alone to the Rockets.... And i imagine the outgoings players will most def include parsons and Jones.

    Honestly I don't want Kevin Love. I think Love would soon be injure again or be huffing and puffing worst than Asik in the Rockets style of play.

    It would take Parsons, Jones, couple of picks as a starter. Why would they want Asik if they are stuck with Pekovic?

    I wouldn't give up Parsons, if that's not enough for Minnesota, that's fine, there's literally noone he would re-sign with, that has anything at all. Every other contender or near to it right now is mortgaged to the hilt at luxury range and no draft picks.

    They can have Dmo, Jones, whatever Asik brings in, Canaan, a cpl first rounders, but I don't see the point of trading away a core for someone we could sign as a free agent, especially if we aren't sure he wants to stay.

    They will ask for Parsons, Jones, and multiple firsts in any trade.

    I'm not sure that's worth it. Love fixes our rebounding problems and makes our offense insanely good, but our bench becomes the worst in the league and our defense, mediocre at best.
