    If Melo is great in Houston the media will conveniently forget how much they bashed him this offseason and pretend that he was always great and that the Rockets always were clearly a superteam. Even if most have written off the Rockets right now because they let Ariza/Luc go.

    That's always been how sports journalists work.

    If I were a Thunder fan (kind of like burning in Hell, I'd imagine), I would rather Russ learn to trust his teammates and not try to do everything himself during the final seconds of a close game, considering how often he Russ-es his team away from victory.

    In fact, if I were a Thunder fan, I'd probably wish my team had a real point guard instead of a stat-hoarding ballhog. But that's just me.

    Or that Steve Kerr adapted that same high-octane system to use for Golden State. Only there, the system doesn't make everyone's stats better, they're all superstars. :rolleyes:

    That's beside the point. Seriously, Swyy, what are you purposely being obtuse about this?

    What I'm obviously saying is that Westbrook is a terribly overrated PG who makes his teams WORSE, not better.
