Then I would smile, laugh, yell, then cry again then yell, then jump, then hug anyone next to me. Then watch news/hi-lights. Go to bed.

I would make my girlfriend listen to me talk about how much we've had to go through as Rockets fans (in the process telling her the whole history of the Rockets AGAIN even if she rolls her eyes), and how we have been vindicated by this championship, then perhaps fap to CP25's face on D12's body. Yeah. And put Championship banners all over my restaurant and make my staff where Rockets jerseys. And show that title deciding game 24/7 on our tvs for weeks!!!!! WOOHOOOOO!!!!!!!!

I am not going jinx, just remembering how the media hyped up the Lakers last year, makes me uneasy.

 

The day/night of the game:

Go play basketball at 24 all night and day so its a time where there's no one in the gym.

Game time:

If its in Houston then at the game if not then at my house with myself watching on my big screen with nobody in the house unless my girl/wife is also a huge rockets fan. Yes I don't want anyone with me if we make the finals even my parents cuz I live with them, I know it sounds weird but I want to be left alone when it comes to Rockets especially if its the biggest game in my lifetime which I have waited for my whole life.

After the game:

If i'm at home: run around the streets with champagne knocking on my neighbor's doors yelling "WE WON THE CHAMPIONSHIP!!!!!"

At the game: idk I'll think of something crazy

Got this day planned out all I know for sure is imma lose it that day and prolly gonna be in a mental institute prolly lol jk.

I'm a rockets fan as much as the next, but we aren't getting a championship this year. I think we'll take the conference, but not all of it. We don't have the chemistry we need just yet. the following season i'll start to take some bets

Is everyone here too young to remember the drill for a championship? We all go out to a major thoroughfare and bring traffic to a stand still, in the 90's it was the Richmond Strip but I'm guessing it will be downtown or Washington now. Then we all line up and high five each other while all the local radio stations play "We Are The Champions" on a loop.

I'm a little alarmed by how many of you are saying you'd just stay in the crib and cry tears of joy. You should be out celebrating with other fans not sitting home alone.

 

Jesus guys calm down, we arent saying we are going to win it all this year. Its just a fun thread where we get to dream about winning the championship and what we would do. Dont be such downers.
