I just had a second thought to add onto my "Guido Theory". The OP's moniker name is da_juice. Many guidos use the aid of steroids to achieve a desirable built body to go along with their tan and blown out hair. A nick name for steroids is "juice" and so many steroid taking guidos and non guidos are called "juice heads". Snooky, a guidette, from the show "Jersey Shore" has openly expressed a juice head as a quality she wants in a man. I generalize from "Jersey Shore" that almost all guidettes are attracted to juice heads. Therefore, assuming da_juice is a guido from data earlier, he may take pride in being or appearing to be a steroid taking juice head guido, and because of that, select the moniker da_juice. case closed?

But you must agree that it's more acceptable for a girl to grab a guys ass in a bar than the other way around. Except you are qualifying it as a cute girl. Cute is a subjective term and what the OP is talking about it is himself, or presumably anyone, grabbing a girl's ass because said girl dressed like a w****. THe OP may or may not be cute and presumably he is getting grief from the women whose asses he has grabbed because they don't find him cute. The OP is saying that a girl that dresses like a w**** should be open season for sexual harrassment. That has nothing to do with if they find the person harrassing them cute. Maybe they do maybe they don't but that doesn't mean that they are extending an invitation to everyone to feel them.
