so if someone came at you with a machete or a sledge hammer, but they were not dressed as a clown, you would not have to retaliate? i dont care how they are dressed brother...if anyone came at me with a machete or sledge hammer i would take them out.
I went as a down-on-his-luck clown for Halloween last year. I guess I can't reprise the role this year. Someone might cap me.
Obviously would do the same. I guess I was just trying to show that a clown costume doesn't make it funny, and they'd get no benefit of the doubt, just like some other stranger walking down the road doing the same thing. I get the saying about lawyers jumping in, but I'd be willing to bet you could get a gofundme site to raise your lawyer bills for protecting yourself against an insane clown (or an insane clown posse).
