To be honest, I feel like our team would do much better in playing a team in the playoffs that they haven't played in the last few years.

We remember that disaterous game 7 of the Dallas series.

We remember the close game 7 loss to the Jazz.

We remember how hard our team competed without Yao last year, and lossed again to the Jazz.

Just give us some variety already. Bring on Portland, Denver or New Orleans.

I do see many potential problems in matching up with New Orleans, though.

Chris Paul will torch us, and we never have an answer for David West.

An inexperienced team like Portland would be best for us.

The good news is that chances are we are not going to play Memphis in the playoffs.

When healthy and MOTIVATED, our team has the talent to hang with every single team in the NBA.

So like some of you mentioned, I want us to draw Utah or Dallas.

    I'd prefer utah.

    Though it will be tough.

Personally, once we beat em,it's a great confidence to those who suffer from 06 playoffs of the team to the next episode.

LOL,my english isnt that good, but i think i can read the thread correctly, right?

Again, I'll say the Jazz and Mavs are probably unlikely, unless we reach #3.

I would like to say the Lakers, if we beat them in the 1st round, that'll really build our confidence and it send mourning to their jerk off fans and these crappy analyst throughout the league.

That way, we'd have smooth sailing in the later rounds.

Dont look now, but 5th in the west. Win next week vs Portland and we have home court advantage and the 4th seed.

If the playoffs started to day, Rockets would face the Blazers, but would have the Laker/Jazz in the 2nd round.

Not too shabby for a team in shambles.
