I'd rather have Simmons over Lowry.

Isn't Sir Jibaca 5 inches too tall to play for this team?

Lowry does not solve Rockets problems. Rockets need more length not less.

And I'd rather have a 6'10 point center than a 6'3 point center.

I don’t think we need a big named player to “fix” the team. There are more Wood type players in the G league waiting for an opportunity. We need a team full of them and a COACH that is willing to play them. If we were to have 2 role players that both did something really well mixed in with Covington, Westbrook & Harden we will be fine. Change the role players out when the game needs a different look. Harden & Westbrook are not princesses that need to be rescued. They are both MVP talents that need a team and coaching. IMO, both make other team members better because of their greatness. All that is needed playable warm bodies that do one or two things better than average & coaching they understand and believe in.

yes they need to get Ibaka, whom they have targeted for years. Aside from familiarity with the 2 stars, he can play the 4 or 5 and address our needs at those starting spots. I think Noels would be a great compliment as well at the 5 and move PJ to the bench. We can’t win with the current roster or low grade FA. This is a must have for the Rox. I think we can win by shoring up bigs and maybe adding another guard. Let’s create some creative cap space and make it happen!

Is there a reason why he wants to leave Nurse and the Raptors?

    Giving him less money?

Again pessimism. Leonard or any of the low grade FA you mention isn’t cutting it. This team needs a very capable big and ibaka solidifies that role as defender and stretch 5 and can play 4 as well. This current roster plus low grade FA isn’t going to do it. Has to be drastic changes in the lineup. Whatever they need to do for cap space that’s up to personnel and management team to find it otherwise we are lame duck until harden leaves for philly.

True, but he isn’t available for Russ. Neither is Lowry, but both he and Russ are around the same height. I wouldn’t mind giving up Russ and House for Lowry.

With good coaching the weakness of players can be covered up—> schemes and rotation

What is the difference between quoting brabra and local bartender or kids talking on the pavement?

Nope. Lowry can shoot and is a better floor general.

Who cares. Probably I can shoot better than Westbrick too so what? He's not on the floor to shoot threes. His talent is 5x the talent Lowry has and it's up to coach and GM to utilize it
