I hate to bump a page 2 thread i started but ehhh.

I'm actually a Community Assistant at The Ballpark on Wickersham and there was another apartment robbed yesterday morning around the same time. They just left their back porch door unlocked. They took the guys credit card out of his wallet in his room while he was asleep just like my guys. And like 4 laptops. I'm making posters with the thieves faces for my residents. It's sad but you have to lock up these days.

Even with all this detective work stuff going on, me and my gf still had a good 1 year anny yesterday. I'm hung over powerful bad right now.

    LOL! Nope, not Old Yeller.

That dog was a babe magnet for me, as well. I'd go to a party, and he loved chicks. He'd go up to them, sit, and offer a paw, with a grin on his face. Had an uncanny ability to pick the prettiest ones, too. And he loved to show off his tricks to a crowd. He could do just about anything, and was always his best at a party. Sometimes, I'd have a chick come up to me, who didn't know me, and start carrying on about, "this really cool dog! He'll sit, roll over, beg... you can point at an ottoman and tell him 'over' and he jumps the damn thing!" and on and on. Then, I'd tell her who owned him. The Wonder Dog helped me take home many a fox in his day!

It's been nuts around here. Every few days there's a new one. Just the other day there was a break-in in broad daylight. The door was deadbolted but they just kicked the door in. My girlfriend lives in the same building and their lock was busted in the middle of the day but luckily they dont have anything in their living room and I think someone was home and scared them off.

I'm finally making some progress with the gas station managers who should hopefully get me my robbers licence number. I swore yesterday I saw them driving around my complex really slowly in a silver sedan pointing at different apartments.

I have the means and evidence to find out who did probably many of these robberies, but sadly law enforcement is too busy with whatever it is they do that makes our world a better place. Busting smokers? Maybe if I tell them the suspects are minorities they'd get on the case. For crying out loud my detective wont even return my calls.
