I've worked at a company that had those kind of perks - trying to make you want to stay as long as possible at the office. they expected 80hours/week MINIMUM out of you - since they've allocated so many resources towards tending to all of your personal needs. I finally had to leave b/c I had no personal life outside of work. All of my friends ended up being coworkers b/c I had no time for my "outside-of-work" friends. no thanks. do not want.
Yeah, the bit about providing free meals at breakfast, lunch AND DINNER was a bit of a tipoff. They wouldn't bother cooking dinner if they weren't fully expecting all or most of their employees to still be around at 7 pm. Notice how everyone they showed looked to be in their late 20s, early 30s. Anyone with a family knows you can't work those kind of hours and expect to be happy. I'm sure this is a great opportunity for a young person, and coming out of college I would have jumped at the chance to work at a place like that...but now, hell no.
