if you're serious about quiting give different brands of e-cigs a try. It took me 2 shots before I found one that worked for me. And after 4 months of e-cigs, I'm done with the whole thing and not once raged...ask the wife, she use to buy me cigs when I tried cold turkey. I've been clean since Christmas.
I was thinking that too, but he probably needs to keep his ears always open in case the child starts crying
Blu is a terrible brand, the Charlotte Bobcats of e-cigs. I used to smoke this a few years ago. Get a Joye Ego and don't look back. You can buy the liquid nicotine at your local smoke shop. http://www.joyetech.com/
Just to throw my two cents in on this one, I'm also in the process of quitting. I've been using an e-cig from green smokeand I haven't smoked in over 4 months now. You don't have to mess with any of the liquids as you just twist the cartridge onto the battery and inhale. Durability is amazing too. I've washed the thing about 4 times now (keep leaving it in my shirt pocket) and it still works.
Tough stuff, I'm sure. I've never had to go through it as I've never smoked, but I imagine it's difficult. Hang in there; you're doing your body, your son, and all the people around you a great service by biting the bullet and quitting.
you should write a song about being a quitter this is the inspiration you have been waiting for followed by cold shower and fap...thats a pretty full slate
just to add something of value, my buddy just started using Chantix to curb the addiction. he was smoking a pack a day and is now down to two or three simply out of habit. BUT he claims he can't even finish the cigs now because its curbed the nicotine addiction can anyone else speak to this? where you hiding D'Cunha?
Chantix or bupropion. Both indicated for smoking cessation. I know bupropion has a better side effect profile, no wt gain, sexual problems. See a psych they can get you on your way to success. Good luck
