I took my son to see Curtis Duncan and Bubba McDowell yesterday.....

....and all he got was this lousy photograph.





No seriously. Curtis Duncan was a big hit at our church yesterday. Nicest athlete I've ever met, by far. Very engaging with everyone and always, ALWAYS, had a smile on his face. Right before the 1st photo was taken, I told Curtis (jokingly) that "we all know who the best WR to wear #80 in Houston is" and Curtis quickly said, "Andre Johnson!".

Bubba McDowell didn't look very good. Not sure if he was under the weather or something. Also didn't realize he was that tall.

For the life of me, I can't remember the others who where there. I know Jimmy Herndon and Jarrod Baxter were there (both I believe were with the Texans during the 2002 season). I didn't get a picture of either one of them.

The 2 guys in the 2nd photos I am not sure of.

They all signed autographs for free and were there for several hours.

Overall, good times. My son is really into football and was thrilled to be able to meet "real football players". Made his day.
