Yea that why they kept attacking Reed and he kept having defensive breakdowns

I literally just stated the fallacy in this.

they attacked holiday and everyone else.

there were 12 layups in a row after Reed went out of the game

Again you’re scapegoating someone because our head coach is a r****d

It’s really quite stupid. Reed’s issue is find ways to get into his flow rather than the little things.

He's just like Adelman or Dantoni, a solid but fundamentally flawed coach that won't ever get anywhere.

You could look up the results, metrics and post season play but that would require a little bit of homework on your end.

I get it, pinning Udoka against a first ballot HoF coach is a big mental exercise. How about you work on convincing people about how he’s actually better than Milkhair, because right now and with our probably 1st/2nd round exit you likely won’t even convince people of that.

He’s nowhere near Adelman or D’Antoni. Those guys actually had the ability to call plays and trained the team on how to do things like inbound the ball

Anyone still groveling to Stone for signing Capela and DFS instead of a guard?

Remember those posts proclaiming Stone was now officially ahead of Morey?

Every offseason we have to have the "position less basketball" fallacy debate...

I think he was forcing Imes hand to play certain guys and have them get experience. Which Ime of course can’t do properly

stone has been pretty solid. He’s gotten us a ton of talent

You’ll feel better if you let it go man. You’re trying to speak it into existence and it’s 99% chance not happening for various reasons.

Yes they are far apart on defense. And I a big Reed fan but can’t be saying that with a straight face. Amen is one of the top 5 defenders in the entire world.

anyone who watched last nights game saw Reed get blown by a ton. Williams had him in a blender. I don’t care what the stocks numbers are…Reed is a huge liability on defense. We need him to develop on that front. I think we have to be patient with that, but saying there’s not much of a gap between Reed and Amen is absolute nonsense. Right now Reed is a bad defender. Doesn’t mean he can’t improve, but we shouldn’t delude ourselves about that.

That's an insult to absolute nonsense. Im a big Reed believer but he was Harden at his worst on defense levels of bad yesterday.

Idk where I stand with the Reed situation. Part of me wants to let him roll with the punches but yesterday at his seemingly 4th turnover in a row I just wanted him yanked. Didnt seem like he was taking it seriously or he had noodle legs from the B2B. Doesn't matter.

Amen and Reed's situations are vastly vastly different. People really need to see why you keep playing Amen despite his on the ball shortcomings and why you cant play Reed if he isnt absolute nails on defense and offense. FVV doesnt have the mental lapses Reed does (frankly neither does someone like Jamal Shead which is annoying). I can deal with his physical shortcomings, I cant deal with him being lazy with the ball or on defense. Which happened multiple times yesterday. In a ****ing row.

Sooooo…send him back to the bench (DNP)? Might as well trade him for your “win now” help.

Fuggit, sign CP3. Trade for Schroder. Trade Reed. (Codman mentioned Dennis Schroder.)

CP3, Schroder, Holiday (42 years of experience) should make Ime and majority of the board happy. Maybe trade Sengun for Giannis while we’re at it.

    CP3/Schroder/Holiday
    Amen/Okogie
    Durant/Tate
    Jabari/Green/Thanasis
    Giannis/Adams

No inexperienced losers to be found! Battle tested veterans. And ohhh all that defense. Ime must be creaming his pants.

To showcase how much dipshit fraudoka is sabotaging this team, holiday had played more minutes than Reed the last 3 games and there is no place in hell you can make the argument he was better defensively. He’s not. Ime has it out for Reed and uses him as a scapegoat to cover for his lack of offensive game plan and failings

I like Reed too, I think he has star potential and want him to succeed obviously, but I'm gonna call it how I see it. Not gonna blame the coach when he was getting cooked on every possession and couldn't make up for it offensively

Just playing Reed Sheppard 30 minutes a game at the expense of getting scored on & low iq turnovers isn't a good idea
