Yeah, but McGrady was a no-show the few weeks leading up to his declaration of knee surgery. And Yao, aside from game 1, was a no-show the two games he played. You rather have McGrady and Yao on this team right now, playing in game 7?
Hahahahahahaha. Ha. Yeah, we have a couple of injured players too, Phil. You may have heard of them. Tracy McGrady, Yao Ming, and Dikembe Mutumbo. Former scoring champ, all-star center, and defensive player of the year. r****d.
of course he's playing hurt. the Rockets hurt his feelings. he must go back to LaLa land and consult his psychologist.
could it have it been when Brooks knocked him down with all his might? Kobe had the face of, did he really just push me .
Sure he could have played better, but I wouldn't call the production of 19 points, 14 rebounds, 2 blocks, and 2 assists from playing with a broken foot in most of the game a no-show.
In all seriousness, I thought it was strange when I saw Kobe try to drive down the lane with his jersey in his mouth. I doubt he's really that hurt..but who knows. And yeah really boo hoo if he is hurt. See how LA would fare if you took Kobe and Gasol out of the Laker's starting line-up. Nowhere remotely close to what the Rockets are doing.
He may very well at least use it as an excuse. Remember, in game 1 he had a "sore throat." Now, I'm sure he's got more than that sore.
