Its March, not Decembe. All this 'he needs to be more consistent' talk is simply ridiculous at this point of the season.

Its sad ppl want to ride the Lin rollercoaster even if its at the the expense of the Rockets losing. LOF's arent ROCKETS fans, they only want to see their guy Lin show the world hes on CP3's level, ridiculous.

the one thing i like in Lin's play is that he sometimes makes bold moves without calculating risks. but ever since he was here in H-town, he's significantly reduced such plays.

i'm new to Bball, maybe that's a stupid move, but i love that quality and i consider it a good thing.

as for his compatibility with Harden, one is initiator, the other is finisher, great finisher plus the ability to initiate. one is burning a lot on D, the other is shining on O. it looks good to me.

Tony Parker wasn't considered great until he stopped going for homeruns. That was my point. It has nothing to do with Lin.

I already said that there are times when Lin plays like Parker. Unfortunately he looks like Rafer Alston at times also.

I'm not against Lin. I root for all rocket players.

Jeremy Lin is so inconsistent and a turnover machine. I don't mind trading him. And Lin Fans, please get out. If you can't named who was the Rockets roster last year or the year before that, get out.

I'm of the opinion that Morey signed Lin because he's a big athletic PG with loads of potential. He's young and improving but he's not a star right now and that's ok. So, there will be some moments in the game where he's not the best PG option and it's ok for the coach to make the substitutions that he thinks will win us THAT game... because, well, that's his job. And, what some of you don't get is that this actually makes Lin better! He gets a chance to see his faults, understand the reasons why he isn't playing that moment, and continue to work on those things when he is playing (and in practice).

Nice try Lin fans, acting like real Rockets' fans. Lmao I've been a fan of the rockets since 97' when I was 7 years old, and follow them since. Get your bandwagon a** out of here trying to insult me with David stern comments lol.

guys just letting you know you are a complete idiot if you think we should trade lin for anything less then a superstar.

1 his contract is about average salary and only has 2 more years (easy to move if we wanted to, and team friendly)
2 hes basically in his first full year....heck beverly is a veteran compared to lin in regards to running a team as a starter!
3 The dude is a marketing machine.
    4. He is above average now with his full game...if he can develop a better shot in the offseason (SEE LOWRY!!!) he can be border line all star.

Its annoying seeing same group of people post r****ded threads that make zero basketball or business sense.

Your the same people that cried when morey traded alston for lowry, and said asik and lin signings sucked... just freaking trust morey to do his job. He has proven he can. Lin is not going anywhere unless its for cp3.

And enjoy this freakin awesome young team that is going no where but up.:mad::mad:

    Sorry im done...

Any die hard Rocket fan here or casual fan, loves this and follows them no matter what player they get. Unlike you jokers who follow one player where ever he goes. I like Lin and since he's a Rocket ill support him and will wish him luck if he gets traded or leaves the team.

the reason lin fans want him traded is because rockets fans on here are freaking whiney ungrateful babies.

We should freaking love this team and support it...shoot you could be living in Sacramento.

If we traded lin for a draft pick and beverly and/or aaron brooks showed they were worse (which the absolutely would).....youd be the first person to post. OHHH MOREY IS SO DUMB HE TRADED LIN AND NOW LOOK HES AN ALLSTAR IN LA....blah blah. (shoots self)

This is probably the only forum where a player of lins caliber and potential would get blasted on a nightly basis...its tiresome to read, and i mostly ignore it...but man if i was a mod id just delete every crappy thread like this out of sheer annoyance.

why does following a player make you a joker? It means they are a fan... especially if they are asian. Your a race that gets looked down on the court and overlooked because of your skin.

There has only been a handful of asian players make it this far, and this gives them something to respect. Youths something to aspire to.

Seriously ill never understand most of you people.

You do think their are heat fans now just cause lebron? Get out of here with your whack logic.

I'm a Kevin love fan, he's my favorite power forward. But I don't follow the wolves and support them, act like a wolves fan and wear their jersey. I just like watching Kevin love play. But I'm rockets' fan until I die.

Rox fans are a weird bunch.

They whine and mourn about nobody other than themselves paying attention to Rox. But when the attention finally came from ppl outside of Houston, they get annoyed and say there is too much noise.

The truth is they actually enjoy staying in the small corner of their little smalll world, whining and mourning about why nobody pays attention to Rox.

I don't think Lin was the main reason on our loss to the bucks and wizards. If this team actually played solid defense we wouldnt have a problem. Honestly I hope Mchale is hard on Lin like Popovich was on Tony Parker. Of course Mchale is no Popovich but knowing Lin hes gonna work hard every day to improve his game. That jumper is something he can hit the ultimate test comes next season where we see if he improved
