I had it bad and have to be careful with it. Stretching and anti-inflammatories and rotating exercise types, walk, swim, bike help when it acts up. Months of anti-inflammatories and exercises didn't help much. You can't tough it out. The key symptom is pain is worse first step in the morning. Nothing worked for me, but custom orthotics from the podiatrist. $400; not covered by insurance, but sure worth it.
I woke up this morning with pain, but it has since subsided. It seems to come and go during the day. Facitisis blow!
