baller, I know you said you were okay and only had burns from the airbag...but did you go to the doctor to get checked out anyway? It is very easy in the adrenaline pumping scenario like the one you were in to not feel injuries. My grandfather was in a wreck where his car was rolled over by a guy who ran a red light. He was up and walking around immediately at the scene. A month later, he had a mild stroke from some bleeding that was in his brain from the day of that crash. He turned out to be okay, but it was a wake up call for him since he was the type to not go to the doctor unless he knew there was something wrong.
Dude...congratulations! You just punched your ticket. Enjoy every moment of the rest of your life...you can now be sure you have a purpose. Cheers.
I'm very glad you are OK. I agree, don't take life for granted. My brother in law and his brother were in a little ATV. A freak accident sent my brother in law by life-flight to San Antonio and left his 25 year old brother dead just last weekend. You wouldn't even think about such a small vehicle doing the damage it did, at the extremely low speed they were going, but when it rolled, it still weighed over 1000 lbs. Shows you how fragile life can be.
Glad you're okay, man. I totally get what you're saying. Seems like everyone has that "it can't happen to ME" mentality and it takes something bad actually happening to them before that misguided belief is shattered forever. I’ve definitely learned to appreciate life this year, and more importantly, the relationships with family and friends that I love. Don’t take them for granted because you could lose someone you really love in the next 5 minutes.
I'm going to say this the nicest way I possibly can... You are an idiot. There is no logical reason you can possibly come up with to not wear your seatbelt every time you get in the car. baller4life315, Glad you are ok. You're one lucky SOB.

Good to hear you're OK, baller. I have a friend who plays in the NHL and his mother died in an accident with an 18-wheeler a few years ago. Unfortunately, that 18-wheeler was also carrying 9,000 gallons of fuel and exploded after losing control and landing on the car.
Glad you're OK, but tomorrow may be another story. You should check in with your doc just in case their is any internal injuries you are not aware.
Good to see your cool and yea I imagine those kinda moments could change your perception of life very quickly. “Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.” Maria Robinson -
glad to hear you're okay. on another note, if it wasn't your fault, i know a couple lawyers that make their living off of 18-wheeler accidents. you should be thankful to still be living right now, but the truckdriver that ran into you shouldn't get away with this.
Wow, you definitely had someone watching over you. I would be so freaked out. I agree that you should see a doc, regardless. 18 wheelers are no joke. My cousin and her bf were killed by a 18 wheeler. She had swerved into the incoming 18 wheeler's path after bouncing off a concrete barrier.
Glad you're ok. Post pics of the car if you can. That might make things a little more real to some people reading. Beware of this guy:
