My dad has seen a lot of famous people. He used to work at the hotel on 1818 Briar Oaks lane. You guys currently know it as the St Regis, but back then it was the Ritz Carlton, and back then the Remington. He was a chef there. He's seen alot of basketball players. The Knicks and Lakers always stayed there. I don't know about any other teams. He's seen Michael Jackson. Do you guys remember when Scottie Pippen was going to sign in Houston, but he had to wait to sign it? He stayed there that night. Who my dad hates the most is the Lakers, back when they had Nick Van Exel. He wanted breakfast at 1 freaing PM that day. Sure, sure, it's 11 pm where he comes from, but my dad was like damn man. He doesn't like van ex. He doesn't work there anymore, cause he's "retired." No pictures. He doesn't do that. He's an old humbled man. I know alot of the cc.net members will soon get jobs at hotels around the Galleria area (or downtown now i suppose) so you greedy, greasy people can sell their crap on ebay.
