It is actually pretty unusual for a cat to fart. We have two cats, have had them since they were wee kittens, and I think there was maybe one fart I can remember in that whole time. Dogs are better for this reason, in that you can at least blame your own gas problems on them. I agree (for once) with Cheetah, and this kitteh needs a trip to the vet.
