You can just disagree with me rather than responding with such hostile statements. I am familiar with Faried's game since his Denver days. I am just stating my opinion that today especially he looked pretty darn good on the offense and collectively everyone got involved in the offense due to good ball movement and playmaking by CP3. Harden used to do this last year and have not seen much of it this year. Chill out.
Personally I think your right. It’s also pretty incredible that for all the praise they get and how well they’ve played and how inconsistent we’ve been. We’re only 4 games back in the loss column. The rockets could easily be sitting in 2nd had they just handled their business against some of these middle of the pack to bad teams they’ve lost to. I’d have to imagine we have one of if not the best records against good teams.
Why are we worrying about James learning for this? Hell the whole reason the 30 pt streak started was because of injuries and NBA players not being able to make shots. As long as the coaching staff (meaning Mike D'Antoni) sees what is working, role players actually hit shots they are paid to make (Tucker, Green, Gordon) and CP3 can stay upright (need some luck here plus a productive Austin Rivers) this team will do well. Literally the last person to worry about here is Harden. Honestly, he's the only Rocket who brings it EVERY night. This is a terrible thread.
The entire team and fans need to learn from this game in all truth. We have rediscovered ourselves. Harden will not mess this up he will only make it better. We simply need to start Faried and move Tucker to the 3. Gordon can be 6th man. We are championship contenders bottom line. We can adjust when we need to adjust but we have a answer for every team in this league. CP3 needs to control the ball more... we might do what everyone thought OKC was going to do last year.
What?!? The stepback 3 is the single most difficult-to-guard shot the league has seen in years. "Easy to guard even when it goes in" may be the silliest thing I've ever seen on this board, and that's saying something. It's not like Harden gets lucky every time he makes one.
LOL, this thread. Harden is one of the most efficient scorers in the league and why he takes the shots that he does. Where was this thread in January when his teammates were bricking things right and left? There is a reason Harden's assists were going down. Not because he wasn't passing. Capela was out and role players were missing shots. The shots that Gordon and Tucker HIT in the GSW win last night. Harden is a team player and and a willing passer. This just in, when the role players make shots, the team looks good!
Lol what the hell is going on in here? "I will take a small sample size of ONE game where everything was breaking right for the Rockets as a referendum that Harden needs to learn more" Lol Jesus Christ. Some of y'all need to go back to whatever sport you were following before you started watching basketball because this ain't the sport for you .
The sad truth of the matter is James is a hypocrite and won’t change the way he plays a ton of iso. The franchise fate is coming down to his decision to move the ball more or less unfortunately.... Chris did just that with LESS talent, so why can’t James do it with Chris on the court?
Apparently, ClutchFans has bipolar disorder and is currently off its meds. ClutchFans last week: CP3's selfish contract has doomed this franchise and we're wasting Harden's prime! Wah-wah-wah! ClutchFans this week: CP3 gives us our best shot at winning because selfish Harden isn't a team player! Wah-wah-wah!
