I would like to have an SUV with a 3rd row that folds completely flat, and if it does it electronically....all the better.

So...Sat Nav, DVD system (maybe after market) and 3rd row seat that folds flat....any ideas?

Does it have to be an SUV? The Honda mentioned has a folding 3rd seat, you can fit sheets of plywood in it with those down, and the middle ones out. (A bit of a pain. not that hard, but rather heavy) The seven main seats (4 buckets and the 3 seat 3rd bench) all tilt, with tons of leg room, and are really plush. The small seat between the 2 middle buckets can be a tray, or a padded leather seat. Just narrow. I frequently leave mine out. Lots of headphone jacks for the DVD and 2 wireless ones come with it. We you our iPod buds in the back. Handles very well for a big minivan. Powerful V6. I get around 20 MPG, sometimes 24 on the freeway. Not bad. Just wish I had navigation and had ungraded the sound.

Are you sure you don't want a tour bus? Something like the Straight Talk Express?

Id recommend to stay away from the highlander, its a very light SUV. you feel like ur driving a sedan in just a larger body, its a bit of a let down.

personally, im an Acura MDX guy. A beautiful car and I love how they run, and im pretty sure they got foldable seats in the back.
