Jeremy Lin is not a good example...ERRR because he is Asian American and a Catholic. They hyped him too much. Yes he had a good stretch of games but so do other players who did not get as much media attention. The Linsanity period was a short one. There are tons of players in the NBA who play well only one or two seasons then completely vanish or stay mediocre after that Andrew Bynum? Does that ring a bell? Ever heard of 'One hit wonder' in music business? Or One day fly? That said DMo will be a good player but I am skeptical that he is the right guy to win a championship. Never said Jones will be but he had his good run.
