Can anyone speak to the Flatlanders (Ely and Gilmore's band)? I've been meaning to buy a compiliation of theirs but can never remember to. I've only heard one song ("Dallas") and love it.

I don't usually post in these threads because what I'm listening to usually hasn't changed that much since the last time. I don't know how you all afford to buy so much new music...
All I can tell, Win, is that it has been remastered yet again and can be played on both a regular CD player and a super audio one. It is a hybrid SACD. If I had Surround features, I think I could tell a big difference in the sound quality compared to the original. Flyer, Those are some great buys; keep up the good work. I got money to burn baby - I am Daddy Warbucks incarnate.
Nice try but you can turn sigs off I personally hate having the signatures because they clutter up the threads.

I've been listening a bit to a band named the Rogers Sisters. I went to their show last fall. They were the 2nd act before the Hives in Austin this year. The Hives are a great live act, but the Rogers Sisters outstaged them. Their albums (one full length and an EP) are good, but not half as good as the live performance. Freaking electric...
Has anyone gotten the new Hot Hot Heat cd? I got their previous one and really loved it. Kinda like 'Drums and Wires, era XTC.
