I love seeing hot chicks as much as anyone, but I don't get how you guys can say you want someone who is actually good at broadcasting and you bring up the Coors twins or the Power Dancers. I didn't find Lisa very attractive but she was a great broadcaster and had a lot of basketball knowledge and had great chemistry with Bill&Cal and all the players. As nice as a lady with huge jugs and collagen lips would be to look at, I appreciate people with a knowledge of the game, a personality, and educated in the field of broadcast journalism. That being said, Coop doesn't have any of those qualities and to top it all off she's fugly. I want Lisa "Horseteeth" "CALvin Cato" Malosky back. White girl's got skillz.
I still can't make up my mind if he did this on purpose...if not, it is pretty funny. AB seems like such a great guy really as long as the discussion is far enough from his chip/shoulder subject. Unfortunately it gets dragged there really easily.
Also, I would like to state my full support for anyone who suggests more hot chicks on TV. Or anywhere else, for that matter. Especially anywhere near me.
Didn't really care for Lisa but Coop SUCKS big time. She makes me change the channel because she can't speak. Hopefully they will axe her like ESPN axed Tim Hardaway last year (same problem).
Don't know if this has been posted but last night she admitted that she can't even pronounce Nachbar's name right.
Both Malosky and Cooper have their advantages... ... If you listen to Coop closely, she has had good points that come from an understanding of the game...she has also asked good questions for interviews(JJ, Steve, & Stern)...Some people focus too much on the delivery...I enjoy the content...and her delivery (verbal and body language) comes with a lot of flavor for those open minded enough to see it... At the same time, I also enjoy Malosky...She has a smooth delivery and gets out of guest analysts (Shark, Bullard, Elie) all basketball commentary that's needed... the smoke is blinding everyones eyes...The way I see it Malosky was replaced by Hagadorn, not Cooper...Cooper is an addition. She's an analyst. The facilitator is Hagadorn.
Bullard seemed pretty solid in the post-game show. I always thought a 3-man crew of Bill, Calvin and Matt would be very entertaining... then Matt could play straight man to Calvins crazy antics. Seriously though... in a few years, when the Rox get their own network... this is where they're heading.

I don't think she's all that great at what she is doing. Her vocabulary is too repetitive and predictable. I'm sure she's nervous, and she'll likely get better. Have patience. It's only the 3rd game of the season...
I think that its an inside Joke between her and Jeff, but its played out. I think the Rockets would have done better going with Swoopes, she is a better speaker, and gets her thoughts out a lot faster than Coop. She like Coop also has good knowledge of the game.
Yeah. She thought he said that David Stern was the Grand Poo-Bob and started giggling like a little girl. It was pretty funny. I'll make sure to play the AWESOME drinking game during the next broadcast.
