Thanks for asking, by the way. I did a "ride along," which basically turned into me hanging out at the company, getting to know the employees. That was yesterday. I think the fact that there wasn't any work for me to do absolutely worked to my advantage, as I got to chat with those who would be my peers (there are three there right now, I'd be the fourth) for about 4 hours. They got to know me, and I think that puts the ball in my court, so to speak. Anyways, when I left there, they told me they'd let me know by Friday. Today, I got a call asking when I can "come down for an interview" with the guy I did my first interview with, and the owner of the company. It's a small company, and I'm assuming there were only a handful (or a few more) applicants. Best Case: Monday, at my second interview, they make a job offer. Worst Case: My interview is actually just a second wave of interviews, and they've narrowed me down to one of their last two or three candidates.
