i actually tried it on pizza for the first time last weekend. I wanted something to dip the crust in and didn't have any ranch so I reached for the Sriracha. It was pretty good.
Hilarious... I have Sriracha, the chili garlic sauce (huy fong), and sambal olek chili paste in my fridge. I can't decide which I like better, to be honest, but I think I use Sriracha with more things.
The only problem I have with Sriracha is that it's not really hot, so I tend to put too much on stuff and it overpowers the taste of whatever you put it on sometimes.
Yeah they are good but not spicy enough. You will have to use a lot of it to get any buzz out of them. I preferred these raw. A nice little buzz while taking a bite out of it with food. But my crazy ass sister-in-law been using Jalapeno Pepper that's killing my stomach.
For spicy and good flavor, nothing to me beats good old dried chili powder or crushed dried peppers. Bebop, those look like some kind of serrano peppers . I love serranos.
I was in the grocery store today and saw a bottle of Sriracha. Never tried it so I thought I would buy a bottle given the comments in this thread..... You people have bigger testicles than me. I'll stick to Arby's sauce.
