    what is the going pay rate for a Hispanic worker in a restaurant?

    they get paid more than all my other employees since they have stayed with me the longest

    here in New York, it's $8.75 if their work is non-essential. Skilled labor like cooking usually starts at $11 and goes up if they stay at the job longer. It's not worth the problems to try to pay anyone under the minimum wage or cheat them out of overtime pay.

    It does not matter if it's a Indian, Chinese, American, Italian, Etc.

    There will be Hispanics in the back cooking.
