    Back of my restaurant is like a fiesta every day. I'm even starting to like that oy oy oy song. These guys are always happy and dancing. Why the hell can't other workers be like that?

    HISPANIC

    PROS:
    - The Hispanic people are festive by nature.
    - They have strong family ties.
    - Happy to just have employment.

    CONS:
    - They tend to drink too much.
    - They do not carry mandatory automobile insurance.
    - They are illegal.


    ASIAN

    PROS:
    - They are quiet and reserved.
    - They are agreeable to avoid physical confrontation.
    - They are usually intelligent.
    - Your wife/girlfriend will have no interest in them.

    CONS:
    - They tend to want to run their own business.
    - They haggle at all points in time.
    - They are unlikely to have root beer available at the fountain drink.

    Am I right Hotballa?????

    You have to staff the kitchen with 100% Mexicans. The greater the diversity the less happy any particular employee will be. #strengthinnumbers
