Is it true Barry will put you in the iron claw if you piss him off?

Brent Barry is awesome. Jon Barry was my favorite player on the team and I love listening to him as a commentator.

I don't understand why you all hate the Spurs though. Who cares about how crappy a city San Antonio is? What a stupid argument for hating a sports franchise. You have some of the most loyal fans in the world in San Antonio. I wish Houston had anywhere near the loyalty to the Rockets as SA to the Spurs. The organization is classy, you have players that play the game right, and you don't like them, why? Because they won more championships? They did it the right way. It's not like they have a bad blood rivalry with us. We've never had intense series with them.

I can direct all my Texas hatred towards the Mavericks. When a team has a whiny owner, whiny players, douche fans, and they talk crap like they have won a championship, that's the reason to hate a team.

That's why I am glad to accept a man molded into a champion by an organization we can learn a lot from. When's the last time you heard of a Spur player giving questionable effort like Me-mac? I can't wait to get that veteran leadership in the locker room. I'm sick of seeing a guy like Tracy getting outplayed by a guy with half his ability (Manu) because he just doesn't give a crap. I want to see MY city have that old heart that we saw in the mid nineties.

Bring on the Barry. Bring on the leadership.

This reminds me of when I used to watch wrestling and yes the Iron claw will be useful to use on Artest if gets traded here so Brent can contain him.

The good thing about Brent Barry is at 36, he's never lost his shooting touch. Give credit to his unique shooting form that has a very little leaping.

I hate them from when David Robinson won MVP when Hakeem should have. So Dream then went out and schooled his ass.

All of this bashing of San Antonio and the Spurs is lame. Save your venom for a city and franchise that deserve it- Dallas!

And those commercials were hilarious. Some of the funniest locally produced commercials I've ever seen.

That team got me die hard Rockets again.

When JB came out on the court before the first game the next season and gave his pep up speach to the crowd, I got chills up and down my spine. He really was an awesome dude.

"I lived in SA for a year, going to UTSA (worst year of my life) and these commercials haunt me to this day, thank God I got out of there and I'm in a real city (Austin)."

Sorry you couldn't get into UT the first time. You should try studying harder.

Good luck with your liberal arts degree...
