So does my roommate. And he hated even more how Jon Barry would make it to the camera right after hitting a shot. He used to yell at the TV that Barry was just a spot shooter. He wasn't good enough to make it. So, since then, I have referred to Jon Barry as the Greatest Player of All-Time.

Which kid of Maxwell's? I played ball with one of them back in like the summer of '95 or '96. So if it wasn't then, either Max abandoned another kid, or it must've been another player.

MadMax the BBS player, not MadMax the team quitter.

It's not like we have a choice to get that team back. The crucial parts broke down...

Nothing beats that swagger our guard trio of Sura,Barry and James had. If we could have had those guys on this team THIS year with Yao and Tmac, we would have gotten past Utah, no question.

Sura and Barry are retired, the other guy is not....

Since when does finding shooters = crucial part that a team can never get back?

Since when does finding an upgrade at PG (with anybody) = a crucial part that a team can never get back?

This team did well DESPITE Rafer's terrible shooting. His PG duties were actually pretty simple... get the ball up the court, and start the offense (which normally consisted of passing it into Yao, or giving the ball to T-mac).

No matter what the offense, this team needs shooters... if its Adelman, this team also needs more finishers.

i had a mancrush on Sura, Mike James, and Barry. all three were awesome. I loved the 05 team much more than this team. Even if the 07 team advanced it still wouldnt be as great as the 05 team. also T-Mac was three times the player he is now.
