It's really easy... Photo shop does all of the hard work for you of matching skin tones. Cut out , for example, McHale's face. Just the face, not the whole head. Paste it on Morey's face. Resize it so that it looks right. Hold CTRL and click the layer image to select it. Then, go to select at the top and click inverse. Then click select again and click modify. It will ask you to input a number. Do 3 for smaller images, 4 for medium, and 5 or 6 for close up images. Then click ok. Click select and inverse again. Then, click on the Morey layer and press delete to delete his face underneath McHale's. Then, deselect it. Now you're at the finish line. Press CTRL and click on the McHale layer so that you have both layers selected, then go to edit up at the top and scroll down to auto blend layers. Panorama should already be selected. Click ok. Bam, you're done. it seems like a lot of steps, but it's really easy and quick once you know the steps. takes like 5 minutes at most.
I forgot to mention when you go to select and go to modify, the next option to click is "expand". That's when it will ask you to input a number.
