Only problem with Brewer is that he's probably more of a SF than SG. Prince isn't quick enough to guard the SG position on a consistent basis, so Brewer may not be either. If we're going to draft a wing player at that position, he needs to be capable of being our starting SG. McGrady should not be playing SG next season.
Well, if you take out the "Erson," it seems like we're gonna draft someone with the last name of "Balls", "Shaft", "Nuts", or "Scrotum."
I wish this guy was in this years draft http://www.gatorzone.com/basketball/men/bios.php?year=2005&m=&bio=brewer.html correct me if I'm wrong
I hope he declares because his stock is pretty high right now after the Championship game. I thought he was great in the championship game when he shut down Affalo (sp?) and showed his offensive skills. He looks like he'll be right around the Rockets' range when we pick. He's exactly what we need right now: a guy who can shut down perimeter players and can score a little bit.
How about that UCLA Farmer kid. Man, he knows how to jack up shots even before NBA. JVG's going to love him.
If we could get Brewer it would be the 2nd best thing happens to the Rockets this year just right behind the emergence of Yao.
