As far as the Rocks are concerned, not much. Exclusive of FA's:

    Allan Houston
    Latrell Sprewell
    Marcus Camby
    Shandon Anderson
    Charlie Ward
    Howard Eisley
    Clarence Weatherspoon
    Kurt Thomas
    Mark Jackson
    Travis Knight
    Othella Harrington - player option

Most of the money is at the top, Camby makes Cato money, and from Anderson down it's $5m to $3m.

I don't know how they will do it, but I guarantee if they fail it won't be for a lack of effort.

None of the Knicks roster players are worth much to us--Camby is the only one of even mild interest and he is injury prone. Spree and Houston are too old and expensive while Kurt isn't a terrible player but really doesn't offer anything substantial beyond what we have at the 4. Everybody else on the Knicks isn't worth the neighbors charred bag left over from a bad practical joke.

Now if the Knicks could somehow aquire TWO top 8 picks (their own plus say trade Houston or Spree to LAC, Clev or Denv for their 1st pick) + send Camby for MoT I would think about. Good luck finding interest in those teams let alone the salaries to match Spree of Houston but who knows.

Otherwise there will be way, way better offers even if we decide we must trade the pick. E.G., something in the ballpark of Jamison and the #3, Battier or even Swift and the #4, or Odom/Miles and the #8, #12, would be far better.
