it was wet and windy; no snow. and for the record, moon actually pulled himself early in the fourth quarter, thus ending not only his pursuit of van brocklin but also any chance of him padding his TD total. to throw that many yards in that stadium against that team under those conditions is impressive, no matter the TDs.

Yeah Givins was my favorite but I was thinking of Duncan, Hill, and Jefferies or however the heck he spelled his name. Webster Slaughter was fun too.

According to some rumors, EG was more than just a football receiver, if you get my drift.

Not sure, gr8-1. You know he had that great season in 2000 but got hurt right before the playoffs.

I think that season led to unrealistic expectations about how good he is going to be plus let's face it, he is following ELWAY. That is going to be hard on anyone.

Add in the fact that Griese pointed fingers at his teammates instead of taking the blame himself for last season, and you can see why it has taken some time for him to win his teammates back over.

Personally, I just don't think he has the physical gifts that many of the other QBs in the league have (like a strong arm mainly).

I don't think there was snow on the ground, but I was pretty sure it snowed at one point. I just saw highlights tho'.

Jon Kitna has been doing wonders for the Bengals the past two weeks. And what about Ray Lucas the past three weeks?

Gannon was on fire. He did throw a couple of nice long balls that nobody could have picked off. He was definately on. The good news for everyone is that the whole AFC is muddled in mediocrity. The only team that is dominant in my opinion is potentially Miami ( but Fielder, cmon) and possibly Pittsburgh (but Maddox, c'mon).

Drew Brees is too young otherwise SD would be looking really good.

Denver is probably the most complete team, but they hate their QB. That's a problem.

    Tenn has no secondary.

Oakland is looking good, but 4 losses, that's not good either. So they clearly have problems.

Indianpolis - Inconsitent offense and inconsistent defense. You never know who is going to show up.

K.C. - Interceptions will kill them in the playoffs.

Buffalo - The absolute worst cornerback ever. No defense. But an unstoppable offense.

Why do you think Buffalo has the worst corner ever? Winfield isnt that bad nor is Clements. Not great but hardly worse than the Cincy secondary.

    Thanks Manny-class act as always
