Given the similarity in their names, do you think Jeremy Lamb should change the name he goes by in the NBA to keep people from confusing him with Jeremy Lin?

It's happened before--college player Jason Williams shortened his name to Jay Williams because the NBA already had a player named Jason Williams at the same time...not to mention Jayson Williams as well.

Of course, no one could have predicted that career-ending accident he had, rendering the point moot.

But anyway, do you think Jeremy Lamb should become Jay Lamb or something like it? Or use his middle name instead?

(BTW, this matters whether or not he stays a Rocket.)

Lamb and Lin are completely differnt...a play by play announcer is not going to say Jeremy to Jeremy...
