Rashard used to practice over at Westside Tennis Club a long while back when he was first drafted. This was when Westside was the official practice site for the Rockets. He was one of the nicest NBA players I talked to over there. I think a lot of the NBA players live in that golf community Royal Oaks in West Houston. I know Nick Van Exel used to stay there and a few others as well.
NVE also had a house in Lakes of Parkway...my gf lived there and I knew from her that NVE and Othella Harrington had a house there (at the time Othella had the only 3 story house in the neighborhood)... I recall leaving the neighborhood one day and saw this really fancy black benz with tinted windows and huge wheels going about 60 through the 25mph neighborhood so I turned around to follow it just to see who it was.... and it was NVE
I met Arian foster and ed reed at hanks gym yesterday. I recently joined and heard almost all the Texans work out there, but that was my first encounter. My trainer told me he's only seen schaub there once. Go figure. That's my cool story bro.
