    LOL.

No, I cannot explain what niche that the particular quotes that you have selectively chosen serve. What niche does the third paragraph of the post you made above serve, separate and apart from the rest of your post?

To be fair to you, your ability to produce those quotes and assemble that post establishes you as far more of an expert about Glenn Beck than I am. So I will not pretend to be able to keep up with you on that score.

I remember about a year ago, somebody posed the question on another message board as to why Glenn Beck was not targeted by the left like other conservative voices routinely are. My answer was just give him some time, and he probably will be. As soon as he is effectively contributes to undermining some critical effort that the liberals are committed to promoting (like heath care), or drawing attention to the left's underhanded tactics in a way that diminishes their ability to use those (Acorn, ramming unread bills through in the middle of the night), then they will focus their wrath at him the same way they do at Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Bill O'Reilly, etc...

And of course, that has now come to pass.

Glenn Beck is loathed by the left because he has been an effective opponent of radical liberalism and improper behavior by liberal leaders.

The real problem here is the left doing these things, not that Glenn Beck is talking about them.

There is quite a bit of irony in mojoman's use of "popularity" as an indicator of worth.

We've discussed this several time before but:

Human beings are hardwired by our evolutionary path as thinking animals for the strong the emotional responses of life and death struggles. Typical modern life has removed the everyday need for this sense urgency so we search for other ways to fill the excitement void, such as our rabid identification with sports or the popularity of slasher films. Say what you will about Beck's politics but he does evoke strong emotional responses, that people find stimulating.

But it is a shameless exploitation.

Acorn probably did not steal the election but there is no denying the organization is a worthless piece of crap organization that is corrupt to its roots.
Proven they have committed voter fraud, are corrupt, have liars, and scandals from the top down. This fact here can not be disputed. I don't even know why they are still allowed to be around.

I just love his confidence. Words like proven and cannot be disputed. Hysterically uninformed yet brazenly self-righteous.

Scandals? Yes. Corruption? Maybe. Voter fraud? Absolutely Not.

The farm advice reminds me of my brother-in-law with an apocolyptic bent. When the world descends into anarchy, he plans to become a farmer and live off the land. But, the dude (and most people who think this is a good idea) will starve to death. He doesn't know anything about farming, he has no equipment for farming, he has no land to farm. With no land, no tools, and no skills, he'll be lucky to get anything out of the ground. Just because people have been farming for millenia doesn't mean just anyone can set up shop and do it.

    yup "probably did not"
I don't think they stole the election. That is a ridiculous claim. Obama won by way too many votes that any voter fraud that occurred would not have an impact on the election.

But what is proven is several cases of fraud and corruption. That is known and is a fact. Why do you think congress including all their original supported pulled their funding and support?

Well you just agreed to almost 2 of my 3 points. But I think it is clear that.
    Corruption, Yes
    Voter Fraud, Yes

But voter fraud is so easy to commit in this country and I am sure it happens on both sides.
I am sure people here who have voted or volunteers at a voting booth know how if one person really wanted to could commit voter fraud it isn't that hard.
