I think it is good that most people in this country do not think like the typical poster in this forum, and as a general trend, appear to be majorly unimpressed with leading leftist cable hosts such as Kieth Olbermann and Rachel Maddow.

That is a very good thing.

I wouldn't worry too much about Beck's influence. The only people who are home and watching TV when he is on are either unemployed or so old they are already suffering dementia. That's his crowd. Just look at the Tea Baggers. They are either geezers or white trash.

 

You claimed popularity represented quality, so I told you it didn't.

So why would you claim popularity DOESN'T represented lack of quality without someone claiming it did? It's a double negative and such an incredibly stupid point to make, I can't believe you would go there without SOME kind of provocation.

Here, you appear to be claiming that Glenn Beck gets high ratings because they are not liberal (as you claim most of this board is). You say that it is a good thing. You are not clear. Is watching Glenn Beck a good thing, or the country not being as liberals this board a good thing? So, I ask you to clarify:

If you mean the latter (country not being filled with liberals), then I would expect to you correct me and say that was what you were referring to as a good thing. Subsequently, I would expect you to answer the question at hand. Your response:

You're reiterating that the country is tired of leftists and liberals. That's fine. But where is your answer to my original questions? You've skated right around them to push your own beliefs. I guess, the question I have really is how much of his own crazy crap does Glenn Beck actually believe?

From watching some interviews, I really get the impression that he says a whole lot of stuff that he doesn't really believe. But really, for the life of me, I'm not sure it would be better if he were as bat-**** crazy as he appears or just a selfish manipulative destructive @ss who seeks to make crazy people paranoid for personal gain. Who is worse, Howard Beale, or the amoral b**** that Faye Dunaway plays in that movie?
