It does make perfect sense to be honest with you. He has been shooting like trash from the 3pt for the last 2 years or so. So it stands to reason of why ther other team would leave Westbrook wide open for the 3pt and clog the lane so he can't score there. Westbrook seriously has to have 3 full days of 3pt shooting in practise. Not sure if it'll help or anything, but something needs to change.
Yes, I'm pretty mind blown at the fingers pointing at Morey. CP3 is one of the best players for the system that Morey and D'antoni want to run. I thought it was pretty obvious that this was a Tillman and James move. They will be the ones to blame if this does not work out.

The overpay was for CP, then he made a really profitable move for Westbrook. In the business sense The Westbrook deal was a massive win for Tilman
that's a fake shift. all it is limiting his room to drive. it isn't a true close out at the line. they're still giving him atleast a foot or two and absolutely daring him to take that shot.
WB vowed to adapt, WB figures it is too hard, darn close to impossible to adapt to championship level. It is probably just easier to re-structure his contract.

Harden Gordon House Tucker Capela is going to be a really ****ing good lineup. Last year I think it was Harden Rivers Gordon Tucker Capela that was the best non-CP lineup. You replace Rivers with House and it's a big upgrade.
On Westbrook’s trade value, I really doubt it more and more. However Carmelo Anthony is STILL getting NBA jobs. There’s definite hope. How profitable are home playoff games? Houston may not win the division. They could get ousted by Dallas in a 4/5 matchup or something. But hype is real for sure. WB is far flashier and marketable than CP3.
There have been some on here in denial about Westbrook since the trade happened in July. He’s not the guy to help you win in today’s NBA
The NBA is not like NFL or MLB. A name like Russ alone will be worth it. Not all about winning. Actually Russ isnt a championship player but he is at least good enough to lead a bad team into a playoff chase. There will be takers. And he doesnt have a bad locker room reputation like Melo.

Actually there's something that I fear. Rockets lose in playoffs early, Russ is obviously the issue. MOREY GETS FIRED. Tilman hires a clown who doesn't trade Russ. would be the worst timeline and the end of the title window for Harden.
