    We need to boycott.

    Hit Crane in the pocketbook.

    If suddenly 10K fans are in thexstands instead of 30K maybe he pays attention.

    Thevproblem is I'm in Idaho and don't get to many games lol.

    Team meeting organizer just tied a record of largest marin of defeat, he is responsible- GJ. I don't what is worse getting swept by Mariners, or getting drubbed by a team of how many All-Stars? K.Jansen, a pitcher is the only All-Star and he didn't factor in the series. Nice team meeting, anymore team meetings planned in the Fall?

    I would guess that 70% of the people in the stadium at any random game has no idea what the difference in maldanado and Diaz is

    Hell a huge majority of diehard baseball fans can't afford to regularly to go games

    Look, not defending Maldonado's performance on the field this season, but to organize a team meeting, you don't have to be one of the top performers. You just have to be a veteran who is well-respected in the locker room. His teammates clearly hold him in very high regard. With Keuchel, Reddick, McCann, Springer, Correa, etc. all long gone, Altuve, Bregman, Verlander, and Maldonado are currently the team's leaders.

    Martin Maldonado has a .909 OPS against LHP this year compared to .468 against RHP.
    Yanier Diaz has a .940 OPS against RHP this year compared to .554 against LHP.

    It is like a perfect platoon.

    Unfortunately, Dusty bows down to the wishes of his pitchers on who starts and it's only a happy coincidence when they match up this way.
