And I have once again arrived! I will post my opinion on the team as currently constructed shortly
Do you want a nobel peace price? A lot of people have lurked since steve francis. The good ones have lurked before this site was called clutchfans
(Proving I am not an idiot) I will provide my opinion on each starter for now.. Bear - good defensive center. I feel he can be a starter on a championship team, so long as we have a star at another position. Furthermore, he is cheap and not locked in a loooong term contract as the other (very few) good centers in the league. Ice Cream Man - good bench player on a championship team. Can provide instant offense off the bench. I don't think he can start on a contender because of his lack of D. Parsons - can be a bruce bowen type player for a contender if starting. Type of player all champions need. Martin - can be a good second or third option on championship team. If he could score more in the final 5 minutes of games, he'd be a superstar, similar to what reggie miller was. I feel he can be great compliment to a good center, inside outside game (yao?) lowry = god. Basically, as many of you know i'm sure (although going thru some threads, maybe not) we have very many "good" players. Morey needs to look up the stats (or whatever he does) of the top 10-15 4th quarter scorers, and trade for one of them. As you have noticed, we are usually significantly up on teams early, but when it comes down to it, we cannot buy a bucket...
sorry to give you some sad news but unfortunately i own pearland. P.S. i wouldn't go around showboating after just a couple days on clutchfans.(especially calling out dakota when for all we know your grand plan is to build a championship team around kwame brown and jonny flynn)
haha, i wouldst say i was "showboating"... more like making my presence, and knowledge, known. I would assume you are joking about the kwame/flynn thing, but not sure, since someone on another thread wanted to trade lowry/Williams for 50yr old nash
You've regurgitated every bit of information that has been previously stated about this team in the past. Nice going, Datacom.
