I bet you we are going to see more silver, red and gold in the unis for sure. Silver is the in color and the metal means strength. I say this because if you follow the Texans, they chose colors based on themes. I can see Silver for strength, Gold for winning and Red for fire!
FrancisFan, I really like the jersey Cuttino is wearing on your site. I think for once, you make the pinstripes look pretty sharp! And the logo is just plain awesome. You need to find a way to get the Rockets brass look at your stuff!
Yeah, I don't mind bringing back the red and white. But I'd rather have a touch of silver than gold/yellow. I didn't like the way the gold and red looked. Kinda tacky. But, Silver and red/white look good. Kinda like Ohio State Buckeyes.
PLEASE NO MORE RED, WHITE AND FRIGIN' BLUE!!!!! What is wrong with red as the primary color? This town has a love affair with blue, white and red. I didn't like the Oilers colors, the Texans uniforms are ugly with those red socks and I REALLY hate the Rockets uniforms. How can you have a team called the Rockets and have blue uniforms???? I don't get it. Rockets says "RED"!!! Grey? H*** no!!! Go retro!

Although I will concede that a little less yellow or subbing silver for yellow might give the jerseys the more modern look that everyone wants, there's something to be said in being original and different. I thought the Red Jerseys made us stand out, made us unique. Most importantly, they made us the Rockets!!!!
Any opinions on trying to mix the Miami Hurricane orange color with a blue similar to what the Rockets have now. Probably wouldn't look great, but I think the Hurricanes uni's are sweet, and I feel orange and yellow are just as much colors of a "rocket" as red. my feel does lead me to believe that silver will have a bigger role, but i hope it isn't the predominant color, except for alternate jerseys.
Pinstripes are cool if they are used correctly. FE you don't want to use them too much or not enough and you don't want the too thick nor too thin. I think that 99% of the posters on this bbs will say they don't like the pinstripes on any jersey b/c the current unis don't use the stripes right. I was going to send the Rockets my ideas (via mail), but I never did..but I did send them an email with a link.
