if T-Mac couldnt shoot his way out of his slump for 30+ games, what makes you think he'll magically regain his jumper in the playoffs? T-Mac's jumper is LONG GONE. It's obvious he's not the athlete or scorer he was in Orlando. He must now defer to teammates much more.

Btw to whoever said Brooks was being selfish, Brooks NEEDS to be selfish and penetrate whenever he has the ball otherwise he shouldn't be in the game. I'm almost positive Adelman told him to drive whenever he has the ball.

And shot himself to a 14 percent shooting night. Good job Brooks.

he needs to drive to the hoop and start flopping like crazy once he gets there, make the refs call the fouls.

They were calling everything against us.

Agreed, I felt like I was watching the mavs. We just did 1 on 1 iso's all game and shot awfully. It was painful to watch.

The "wear and tear" on a 28-year-old body doesn't cause someone to miss wide open jumpshots.

It does when the wear and tear is between the ears.

adelman said he doesn't like people put too much pressure on mcgrady. but he also said mcgrady can play better just like everybody else. i think he's taking it easy on #1.

mcgrady needs to lose the mentality of "if i'm doubled the only thing i can do is to pass to an open teammate". (and same can be said to yao.) most of the time, it is a right decision to find an open man. but he's not the only one who gets doubled often. if it is an automatic pass when doubled, you're doing what the other team wants. there are times that a star player should take over, especially when the defense is rotating fast and your teammates ain't hitting their shots.
